HOW it WORKS
There are 3 steps to work on your request:

Step 1. You fill in an inquiry form and send it to us. Then, we get back to you in a few days (occasionally within a week) to confirm whether the information in your application complete for the purpose of processing it as well as you will be assigned a reference number to use in our future correspondence and for the details of prepayment;

Step 2. When we confirm that your application is complete and can be processed, we request prepayment (see ‘Costs’). Once prepayment is paid we start a search and in about two-four weeks we let you know on the progress of your inquiry. At this point we can negotiate our further search strategy.

Step 3. Please, remember that genealogical research is a time consuming job. Usually it takes us from two to four months to fulfill a search depending on the complexity of a task. However, seasonal demand or vacation period can increase this waiting term slightly, so we always recommend initiating your research in good time, especially if it is for a special occasion. When a search is over we send you a report and documents, if available, after the quoted final fee is received (See ‘Costs’).
