Other expense items might be archives fees, translation fees, extra consultation, certificates from archives and copies. Photocopies, if required, are charged at cost, which will range from 5 USD to 16 USD depending on the schedule at each repository.
   Please also note that in case the search embraces several archival institutions additional costs might be involved. However, the situation is always negotiated with a client.
   Depending on the amount of information found and time spent a figure for total fees might vary from 300 USD to 800 USD. The mentioned limit may be exceeded in exceptional cases.
   We will send you an invoice for the charges on completion of a task, or as agreed beforehand monthly, if work is not complete. Payment may be by check or international money order as well as you can transfer the money to us via Western Union or to our bank account. We regret that we are unable to accept payment by credit or debit card.

In any case cost for research and genealogical services is negotiated on an individual basis.
